Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240ml)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (15g)
- 1 pinch fine salt (0.5g)
Instructions:
- Chill your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into the chilled bowl.
- Start your mixer on low speed for 30 seconds to incorporate sugar and salt.
- Increase the mixer speed to medium high.
- Beat for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and leaves trailing lines in the bowl.
- Continue whisking until stiff peaks form (the cream stands straight up when you lift the whisk).
- Stop immediately once peaks form to avoid over churning.
- Spoon or pipe the cream onto your dessert.
