Ingredients:
- 1.75 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Place your medium saucepan on the stove and pour in the 1.75 cups whole milk.
- Add the 1 cup heavy cream to the pan. Note: Using cold cream is fine; it will warm up quickly.
- Scrape the entire 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk into the mixture.
- Set the burner to medium low heat. Whisk constantly for 3–5 minutes until the liquid is steam hot to the touch.
- Watch the surface closely; you want to see steam rising, but never let it reach a rolling boil, as this can change the flavor of the dairy.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately once it is hot. Note: This protects the delicate fats from breaking.
- Whisk in the 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract and the pinch of sea salt. Whisk until the salt is fully incorporated and the vanilla is fragrant.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly before handling.
- Place a small funnel over your 32 oz glass mason jar and carefully pour the creamer in.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate once the glass is cool to the touch.
