Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (122g) Pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (65g) Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the liquid ingredients (almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup) into the blender jar first, followed by the pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high.
  3. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and the oats are fully emulsified.
  4. Check consistency and taste. If the smoothie is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
