Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (122g) Pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (115g) Non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (65g) Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the liquid ingredients (almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup) into the blender jar first, followed by the pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt.
- Add the rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high.
- Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and the oats are fully emulsified.
- Check consistency and taste. If the smoothie is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
