Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or onions)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, beaten egg, melted butter, and seasoning.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined.
- Stir in cheese, chopped vegetables, garlic powder, and seasoning.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the baked hash brown crust.
- Lower the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and top is gently golden.
- Allow quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
