Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts lime sherbet, slightly softened
  • 1 liter chilled lemon-lime soda
  • 8 cups chilled Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch
  • 2 cups vodka or Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced into heart shapes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glassware by dipping the rim of each glass into a lemon wedge, then pressing it into granulated sugar.
  2. Pour the chilled green fruit juice and the choice of spirit (vodka or Malibu) into a large punch bowl and stir gently until fully incorporated.
  3. Carefully pour the chilled lemon-lime soda over the mixture, then use an ice scoop to place large dollops of lime sherbet across the surface.
  4. Garnish each glass with a single maraschino cherry or a heart-shaped strawberry slice and serve immediately.
