Ingredients:

  • 1 lb green seedless grapes
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and cold water.
  2. Slice the bananas into rounds approximately 1/2 inch thick. Quickly dip each banana slice into the lemon water and pat dry to prevent oxidation.
  3. Assemble the kabobs by threading ingredients onto toothpicks in this order: one green grape, one lemon-rinsed banana slice, one strawberry (narrow end facing up), and one mini marshmallow.
  4. Arrange the completed kabobs on a large white platter in a slight arc or circular pattern.
