Ingredients:
- 1 lb green seedless grapes
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions:
- Wash all fruit thoroughly. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and cold water.
- Slice the bananas into rounds approximately 1/2 inch thick. Quickly dip each banana slice into the lemon water and pat dry to prevent oxidation.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading ingredients onto toothpicks in this order: one green grape, one lemon-rinsed banana slice, one strawberry (narrow end facing up), and one mini marshmallow.
- Arrange the completed kabobs on a large white platter in a slight arc or circular pattern.
