Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) green seedless grapes
  • 2 medium (250g) bananas
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
  • 12 medium (200g) strawberries
  • 12 pieces (30g) mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Wash the grapes and strawberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops, ensuring the pointed tip remains intact. Slice the bananas into uniform ½-inch rounds.
  2. Place the banana slices in a small bowl and lightly toss them with the lemon juice. Let them sit for 2 minutes to prevent browning.
  3. Slide one green grape onto the skewer to create the base.
  4. Add one citrus-coated banana slice above the grape.
  5. Place one strawberry on the skewer with the narrow end facing up.
  6. Push one mini marshmallow firmly onto the tip of the strawberry to complete the pom-pom.
