Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp (0.75g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the Greek yogurt into the mixing bowl. Using a whisk or spatula, stir the yogurt vigorously for 30 seconds to break up clumps and incorporate air.
  2. Drizzle in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold the ingredients together using a sweeping motion until the honey is fully incorporated and the dip is glossy.
  3. Taste the dip and add honey one teaspoon at a time if a sweeter profile is desired. The dip should be thick enough to hold a peak when the spatula is lifted.
