Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (42g) honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the Greek yogurt into the mixing bowl. Using a whisk or spatula, stir the yogurt vigorously for 30 seconds to break up clumps and incorporate air.
- Drizzle in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold the ingredients together using a sweeping motion until the honey is fully incorporated and the dip is glossy.
- Taste the dip and add honey one teaspoon at a time if a sweeter profile is desired. The dip should be thick enough to hold a peak when the spatula is lifted.
