Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60ml) Gin
  • 4 oz (120ml) Tonic Water
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 1.5 oz (45ml) Gin
  • 0.75 oz (22.5ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
  • Champagne or other dry sparkling wine
  • Lemon twist
  • 1 oz (30ml) Gin
  • 1 oz (30ml) Campari
  • 1 oz (30ml) Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange peel
  • 2 oz (60ml) Gin
  • 1 oz (30ml) Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
  • Lime wheel
  • 2 oz (60ml) Gin
  • 1 oz (30ml) Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Crème de Mûre (Blackberry Liqueur)
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • Crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add gin. Top with tonic water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  2. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  3. Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass or rocks glass. Add ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain (if using a mixing glass) into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
  4. Combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  5. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain over the crushed ice in the rocks glass. Drizzle Crème de Mûre over the top. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
