Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef
  • ½ cup (75g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup (60ml) ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese for topping
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in milk and garlic powder until a dough forms.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked.
  6. Mix in minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese; remove from heat.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  9. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
  10. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.
  11. Brush the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
