Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
- ½ cup (75g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup (60ml) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese for topping
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk and garlic powder until a dough forms.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked.
- Mix in minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese; remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.
- Brush the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
