Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen pork sausages
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to ensure an immediate defrosting blast.
  2. Place the frozen sausage links in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If frozen together, place the block inside and cook for 2–3 minutes to loosen.
  3. Open the basket and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently separate the sausages. Ensure there is at least a half-inch of space between each link for air circulation.
  4. Lightly spritz the sausages with avocado oil to enhance browning and continue cooking for 8–12 minutes.
  5. Shake the basket or flip the sausages halfway through the remaining time. Cook until the exterior is mahogany brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and season with a pinch of flaky sea salt before serving.
