Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (approximately 200g)
- 1 cup (240ml) plain yogurt (unsweetened, ideally Greek or low-fat)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) peanut butter (make sure it
- s xylitol-free)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey (optional, consult with your vet)
Instructions:
- Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks.
- In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tin molds or silicone molds, filling them about ¾ full.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
- Once solid, gently remove the pup cups from molds and serve. Store any leftovers in a freezer-safe container.
