Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (approximately 200g)
  • 1 cup (240ml) plain yogurt (unsweetened, ideally Greek or low-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) peanut butter (make sure it
  • s xylitol-free)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey (optional, consult with your vet)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin tin molds or silicone molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  4. Place the filled molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
  5. Once solid, gently remove the pup cups from molds and serve. Store any leftovers in a freezer-safe container.
