Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and no clumps remain.
- Taste the seasoning and adjust the spice level to your liking. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat or more smoked paprika for a smokier flavor.
- Transfer the fajita seasoning to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. It will last for up to 6 months.
