Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and no clumps remain.
  3. Taste the seasoning and adjust the spice level to your liking. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat or more smoked paprika for a smokier flavor.
  4. Transfer the fajita seasoning to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. It will last for up to 6 months.
