Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 280g)
- 1 can (10.5 oz, 300g) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (240g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (240g) canned corn, drained
- 1 packet (1 oz, 28g) taco seasoning
- 1 bag (9.75 oz, 275g) Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 cup (240g) shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Lightly crush half of the Doritos and add them to the chicken mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer the remaining whole Doritos on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the Mexican blend cheese over the Doritos.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
