Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 280g)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz, 300g) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (240g) canned corn, drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz, 28g) taco seasoning
  • 1 bag (9.75 oz, 275g) Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup (240g) shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Lightly crush half of the Doritos and add them to the chicken mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Layer the remaining whole Doritos on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the Mexican blend cheese over the Doritos.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
