Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (160g) superfine almond flour
- 0.5 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp (3g) sea salt
- 3 tbsp (42g) melted unsalted butter
- 1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) warm water
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter, then add warm water one tablespoon at a time. Mix until a cohesive dough forms that doesn't stick to your fingers.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough until it is roughly 1/8 inch (3mm) thick.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to score the dough into squares or rectangles.
- Slide the parchment paper onto the baking sheet. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are deep golden brown and the center is matte.
