Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (160g) superfine almond flour
  • 0.5 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp (3g) sea salt
  • 3 tbsp (42g) melted unsalted butter
  • 1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in the melted butter, then add warm water one tablespoon at a time. Mix until a cohesive dough forms that doesn't stick to your fingers.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough until it is roughly 1/8 inch (3mm) thick.
  4. Use a knife or pizza cutter to score the dough into squares or rectangles.
  5. Slide the parchment paper onto the baking sheet. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are deep golden brown and the center is matte.
