Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup good quality honey
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Ensure cream cheese is completely softened. Place softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and salt into the mixing bowl.
  2. Using the electric mixer (paddle attachment or whisk), begin mixing on low speed until just combined. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth, fluffy, and no lumps remain.
  3. Stop the mixer and use the spatula to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, ensuring everything is incorporated. Beat for another 30 seconds if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to your desired serving vessel. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (this allows the flavours to meld and the dip to firm up slightly).
  5. Just before serving, drizzle with an extra thread of honey or a dusting of cinnamon, if desired. Serve alongside your favourite fresh fruit.
