Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese, full-fat brick style, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp whole milk
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Beat on medium-high speed with an electric mixer for approximately 2 minutes until the mixture is pale, aerated, and has a whipped texture.
- Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and sea salt. Once the sugar is incorporated, increase the speed to medium and whip until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of milk. Beat for 30 seconds. Gradually add remaining milk 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency, ranging from a thick spread to a pourable glaze.
