Ingredients:
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Cube the Velveeta cheese and dice tomatoes if using fresh.
- In a medium saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, milk, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
- Place saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Once melted, taste and add salt as desired.
- Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro, if using. Enjoy warm.
