Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cube the Velveeta cheese and dice tomatoes if using fresh.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, milk, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Place saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  4. Once melted, taste and add salt as desired.
  5. Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro, if using. Enjoy warm.
