- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 large 10-inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and honey in a mixing bowl. Beat with a spatula or electric mixer until the mixture is velvety, pale, and glossy with no sugar grains.
- Warm each tortilla by placing it on a microwave-safe plate for 10 seconds or heating in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side until flexible. Optional: lightly brush the surface with melted butter.
- Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the center of the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer sliced strawberries and blueberries in a neat line down the middle of the cream cheese spread.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll the wrap into a tight cylinder.
