Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) full-fat 4% cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp (21g) high-quality honey or hot honey
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) freshly cracked coarse black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (8g) toasted pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the chilled cottage cheese into a shallow bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create a small well or swirl in the center.
  2. Drizzle the honey slowly over the curds, ensuring it pools slightly in the prepared well.
  3. Crack the black pepper directly over the honey and cheese to allow the pepper oils to bloom.
  4. Top with toasted pistachios for added texture and serve immediately while cold.
