Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) Cottage Cheese, low-fat or full-fat
- 2 tablespoons (32g) Peanut Butter, creamy or crunchy (natural peanut butter recommended)
- Optional Toppings: 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or Maple Syrup (or sugar substitute, to taste)
- Optional Toppings: 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Optional Toppings: 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Optional Toppings: 1/4 cup Berries (fresh or frozen)
- Optional Toppings: 1 small baked sweet potato
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese and peanut butter.
- Stir well until the peanut butter is evenly distributed throughout the cottage cheese.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten, and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, chia seeds, and berries, or serve over a warm baked sweet potato.
- Enjoy immediately.
