Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)
- ¼ cup (15g) finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon (3g) lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) garlic powder
- Pinch of sea salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Finely chop the fresh chives.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped chives, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to your liking.
- For best flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together.
