Ingredients:
- 1 box (15.25 oz / 432g) Confetti Cake Mix
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sprinkles (optional)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the confetti cake mix into the wet ingredients. Gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- If using, gently fold in the extra sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Avoid overbaking for fudgy blondies.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 16 squares.
