Ingredients:

  • 16 oz (450g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 oz (28g) Dry Ranch Seasoning packet
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely diced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 (15 oz / 425g) can Corn, drained
  • 1 (4.25 oz / 120g) can Chopped Black Olives, drained
  • 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Dice the red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and green onions. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until light and creamy.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning packet to the creamed cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the diced red pepper, diced jalapeno, drained corn, and drained black olives to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the mixture into your serving bowl or dish. Top with the sliced green onions.
  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
