Ingredients:
- 16 oz (450g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 oz (28g) Dry Ranch Seasoning packet
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely diced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 (15 oz / 425g) can Corn, drained
- 1 (4.25 oz / 120g) can Chopped Black Olives, drained
- 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced (for topping)
Instructions:
- Dice the red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and green onions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until light and creamy.
- Add the ranch seasoning packet to the creamed cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add the diced red pepper, diced jalapeno, drained corn, and drained black olives to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into your serving bowl or dish. Top with the sliced green onions.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
