Ingredients:
- 4 all-beef hot dogs
- 4 brioche hot dog buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, cored and cut into wedges
- 2 sport peppers, pickled
- 1 dill pickle spear, quartered lengthwise
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Instructions:
- Lightly brush the inside of the brioche buns with olive oil. Toast in a dry skillet or on the grill for a minute or two until lightly golden.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the hot dogs, turning occasionally, until heated through and slightly charred – about 5-7 minutes.
- Place a grilled hot dog in each toasted bun.
- Add toppings in this order: yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, chopped white onion, tomato wedges, sport peppers, and dill pickle spears.
- Sprinkle generously with celery salt.
