Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 ½ cups (170g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, for sprinkling
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional). Arrange bread slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Spread a generous amount of garlic butter evenly onto each bread slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let the bites cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using).
