Ingredients:

  • 4 large Organic Persian Limes, thin-skinned
  • 4 cups filtered cold water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups fresh ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly scrub the limes. Slice off the ends (the nubs) and cut each lime into eight pieces.
  2. Place the sugar and cold water into a high-speed blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the lime chunks to the blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times until the water is cloudy and pale green, ensuring you do not fully liquefy the skins.
  4. Immediately strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing the pulp to extract all liquid. Discard the solids.
  5. Rinse the blender jar and return the strained lime water to it. Add the sweetened condensed milk and ice cubes.
  6. Blend on high for 10-15 seconds until the drink is frothy, opaque, and chilled. Serve immediately.
