Ingredients:
- 4 large Organic Persian Limes, thin-skinned
- 4 cups filtered cold water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups fresh ice cubes
Instructions:
- Thoroughly scrub the limes. Slice off the ends (the nubs) and cut each lime into eight pieces.
- Place the sugar and cold water into a high-speed blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the lime chunks to the blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times until the water is cloudy and pale green, ensuring you do not fully liquefy the skins.
- Immediately strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing the pulp to extract all liquid. Discard the solids.
- Rinse the blender jar and return the strained lime water to it. Add the sweetened condensed milk and ice cubes.
- Blend on high for 10-15 seconds until the drink is frothy, opaque, and chilled. Serve immediately.
