Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (5 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (1.25 ml)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (a pinch, optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Use a whisk or fork to thoroughly combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps in your bang bang sauce.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add more sriracha for extra heat, sweet chili sauce for more sweetness, or rice vinegar for more tang.
