Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (5 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (1.25 ml)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (a pinch, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Use a whisk or fork to thoroughly combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps in your bang bang sauce.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add more sriracha for extra heat, sweet chili sauce for more sweetness, or rice vinegar for more tang.
