Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring even coverage.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish, leaving space between them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
