Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Stir in the corn, diced bell peppers, and green onions.
  4. Gradually fold in the shredded cheeses.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula.
