Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine frozen shredded potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Take small handfuls of the potato mixture and form them into round flat patties about ½ inch thick.
  4. Place the potato patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the crowns for 10 minutes, then flip them and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Check for doneness; adjust cooking time as needed based on your air fryer model.
  7. Carefully remove the crispy crowns and serve immediately.
