Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream (at least 36% milk fat)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sour Cream (Full-fat)
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
- Microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from microwave and stir vigorously.
- Microwave again on high power for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and stir well. The mixture should have thickened slightly. It will thicken more as it cools.
- For best results, transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to fully thicken. Serve immediately or store.
