Ingredients:
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons Liquid Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Pistachios or Toasted Coconut Flakes (Optional Garnish)
Instructions:
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature. Place it in the mixing bowl.
- Using the whisk or spatula, vigorously beat the softened cream cheese until it is light and fluffy—aim for no lumps whatsoever.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the bowl. Whisk gently until just combined and smooth. Do not over-whisk once the yogurt is in.
- Fold in the orange zest, lemon zest, and the tiny pinch of salt using the spatula to ensure the zest is evenly distributed without deflating the mixture.
- Taste the dip. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or tang by adding a few more drops of lemon juice, as desired.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with optional nuts or coconut, and serve immediately with your favourite fresh fruit.
